Patient Suggestions

We LOVE them!

Good or bad, we want to hear your suggestions. Your satisfaction with your care in our practice is extremely important to us. If you have had an unsatisfactory experience, we want to know about it right away so we can make it right for you and also never have it happen again.

As a patient, you have lots of rights. You have a right to prompt, courteous service. You have a right to have your questions answered. You have a right to understand the plan of care or treatment Dr. Roesel has reccomended for you. You have a right to being treated in a clean and modern facility.

If you ever feel something is not right, please feel free to talk to Dr. Roesel or one of our staff. We will do everything to "make it right".

We have had several recent suggestions from patients which we have immediately implemented. Here are two:

1. Give lollipops after a procedure



2. Use wiper warmers for the baby wipes we provide for patient use after exams
